He was predeceased by: his brother Ted Fergus; his sons, Michael Lopez and Jeremiah Farnsworth; and his grandparents, Lawrence, Ines Doxey, Joann Maroney, Richard and Patricia Kitchen.
He is survived by: his mother Maryann Farnsworth; his daughters, Melissa Croft and Melissa Schmidt; his siblings, Donna McMillan (Bryce), Robert Farnsworth (Jillene), Troy Farnsworth (Deanna), Jeff Fergus and Laura Montoya (Frank); his wife Nancy Farnsworth; and also, Richie Jorgensen and Kelly Jorgensen. He is also survived by grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends and family may meet for a celebration of his life one hour prior to services at 12:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, contributions for his service can be sent or called into Broomhead Funeral Home or to his wife Nancy Farnsworth at 6529 South Coybrook Drive, SLC, UT 84129.
