Melvin Gilbert Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Gilbert (Riverton, Utah), who passed away on March 2, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughters, Christina of Gloria and Lori; his grandson Stase; his sibling Golden; and also, George, Margaret Gillette, Donna Adams, Elaine McReynolds and Norman.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Ken (Connie) of Huntington, Duane (Kolene) of Castle Dale, Jeanine Heward (Tom) of Bluffdale, Amy Casterline (Loren) of South Jordan, Janet Olsen (Scott) of Duchesne and Paul (Sharmon) of Lawrence; and his siblings, Wesley (Bob), Dean, Jean Allen, Grace Mackey, Eunice McDaniel and Darlene Hirschi. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
