He was predeceased by: his sister Christy; and his parents, Donald Melvin Lee and Lyallene Ferren. He is survived by: his wife Terrilyn Lee (Hunsaker); his children, James Lee and Jesse Lee (Beverly); his brother Don Lee (Dee); his grandchildren, Olivia, Mikaela and Jake; and his former wife Linda (McClellan). He is also survived by his grandchildren' and nieces' and nephews.
