She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Glen and Hannah Matthews; her husbands, Jerry Wells and Vernal Black; and her siblings, Reed, Earl, Glade, Dale and Mary McDaniel.

She is survived by: her son Larry Steck (Ranee). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
