He is survived by: his wife Montez Hansen of West Jordan; and his children, Curtis H (Maryanne Butterfield), Brandon K Butterfield of Bluffdale, UT, Justin J (Marci Butterfield), Breck R (Stephanie Butterfield) and Lushawn Butterfield of Bluffdale, UT. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
