He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Morton. He is survived by: his parents, Melvin B Spencer and Sheila R. Spencer; his former wife Tammy Stanley; his stepson James Morton (Marty); his siblings, David Spencer (Sue), Nancy Haight (Dave), Janet Spencer, Sally Warner and JoAnn Barnson (Duane); and his grandchildren, Ryker, Krue and River. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, masks are required to be worn during services and social distancing must be practiced.
