He is survived by: his wife Zina Head; his close friend Zina Miller; and his children, Anaika Hoenes (Corbin), Shereece McCurdy (Nathan), Joshua Miller, Kaleb Miller (Tanya) and Brandon Miller (Mallory). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
