He was predeceased by: his parent Howard Derral (Flora Brasher Rowley). He is survived by: his wife Rachelle "Kelly" Rowley; and his children, Michelle Ford (David), Todd D. Rowley and Troy H. Rowley (Carol Evans). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Stone Ridge LDS Ward (12070 S Laurel Chase Dr, Riverton, UT 84065). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (12070 S Laurel Chase Dr, Riverton, UT 84065). A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Huntington City Cemetery.
