He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Dunlavy and Helen Gillespie Dunlavy. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Chase (Lauren) and Mac; his grandchildren, Nixon and Jett; and his brother Patrick (Pam). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
