He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Holley and Ethel Holley. He is survived by: his wife Denise Warnes Holley; his daughters, Corinne, Berrey, Karen Hanson (Seth) and Ann Weston (Eric); his siblings, Marilyn Slater (Steve), Laurel Cornia (Gary), Linda Phillips (Phil) and Donald J. Holley (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Lily, Ella, Bryce, Belen, Reid, Marshall, Sylvie, Conway and Gavin.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the General Missionary Fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
