She is survived by: her husband Steven Larsen; her daughters, Holley Wellington (Paul), MarKay Christiansen (John) and Jayme Warr (Shawn); and her siblings, Shirlene Cook and Terry Parker. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
