It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elaine Nielsen Neff (Riverton, Utah), born in Bountiful, Utah, who passed away on April 8, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Samuel Nielsen and Erma Mary Ann Wight; her husband Neldon J. Neff; and her siblings, Eddie, Joseph, Eilene and Marcia.

She is survived by: her children, Monte, Rick, Laurie and Russell. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren, and 42 great grandchildren.
