He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Hall and Robert Hall Jr.. He is survived by: his close friend Jackie Grant; his sons, Jeremy Frieze, Robert Foster (Jodi), Brian Foster (Heather) and Ryan (Angela); his granddaughter Tina Whitmore (Brandon); and his sister Kathy Robinson (Clyde). He is also survived by 3 nieces and nephews, 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
