He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian Mortensen Winn and David Richard Winn; and his brother Tom Anderson Winn. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Gallagher Winn; his daughters, Jennifer Winn, Kim Steele (Scott), Amy Crawford (Rustin), Julie Paxton (Kim) and Sandra Wageman (Randy); and his siblings, Raymond Anderson, Jack Winn (Mary), Steve Winn (Chris), Tamara Winn, Randy Winn (Pam) and Danette Moon (Mike). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
