He is survived by: his former wife Linda Johnson; his sons, Jonathan Juel (Wendy) and Kristopher Craig (Nacona); his former wife Ann Coonradt; his daughter Nicole Ann (JD); his grandchildren, James, Hannah, Tylee, Barrett, Kiarra, Laynee and Braxton; his stepchildren, Troy Patterson and Sara Hansen; and his siblings, Margery (KC) and Gary (Gayla). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
