We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2025, at the age of 74, Cherie Jones (Riverton, Utah), born in Longview, Washington passed away. She was predeceased by: her son John Jones; her sister Karen Bauman Haber; her parents, Verna Lou Villotti Bauman and Eldon Bauman; and her grandparents, Euarta Poulsen Villotti, Louis Villotti, Buelah Evangeline Drake and Louis John Bauman.
She is survived by: her husband Leon Kent Jones; her children, Aaron Jones (Gena Olsen Jones), Michael Jones (Sheri Reeves Jones), Spencer Jones (James Oliver), Cherié Dick (Jonathan Dick), Maria Bingham (Seth Bingham), Emily Jones Sanchez (Donovan Sanchez) and Joshua Jones; and her sister Richalyn Bauman Fredriksen. She is also survived by Seven children, twenty nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parkway Ward (12120 S 1300 W, Riverton, UT 84065). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
