She was predeceased by: her former husband Ruther Wayne Hodges; her parents, Chester Shafer and Watie Clara Lyman (Rauzon); her brother James Lyman (Darlene); her daughter Linda Kirk (Hodges); and her grandson Bryan Peterson.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Hodges (Sherry), Debra Nash (Jere) and Sandra Murphy (Bob); and her brother Lloyd Shafer (Adela). She is also survived by Five grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren.
