He was predeceased by: his father Urban Gail Bench. He is survived by: his children, Mia McKenzie and Riley Jack; the parent of his children Hollie Harsh; his mother Norma Rigby Bench; and his sister Annette Bench Mills. He is also survived by family members, as well as many friends.
