It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Jean Jensen Van Beuge (Riverton, Utah), born in Richmond, Utah, who passed away on October 27, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Jensen and Beth Jensen; her husband Christiaan; her siblings, Gerald "Bud", Boyd, Maxine and Penny; her grandson Bryson; and her great grandchildren, Turner and Willow.
She is survived by: her children, Randy (Debbie), Kevin (Lynette), Annette Van Beuge (Robert), Ilene Clark (Todd), Shelley Settle (James), April Leaman (Jon), Marvin (Carie) and Daniel (Marisa); and her brothers, David (Jose) and Les. She is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Old Herriman Building (13071 S Pioneer St, Herriman, UT 84096). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at the Herriman City Cemetery (12300 S 6000 W, Herriman, UT 84096).
One of her service accomplishments was being a volunteer for the Pennies by the Inch charity for Primary Children's Hospital.
