She was predeceased by: her mother Tina Waite Mather. She is survived by: her father Ronald K. Mather; her husband David Donn; her daughters, Stephanie Camille, Alison Anne and Jennifer Donn (Dan); her grandchildren, Braydin Michael, Madilyn Claire, Hudson D and Mila Terese; her siblings, Vickie and Chris; and her pet Kady.
For those that may consider submitting a donation in Teresa's name, the family has asked that those donations be made to the Humanitarian Fund for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
