He is survived by: his wife Sandra Eileen Smith; his children, Terrell Burnett, Julie Nagai-Burt (Brad Burt) and Kenzi Burnett (Jesus Paez); his grandchildren, Braden (Dani), Taylor, Nikolas, Logan and Mateo; his great grandchild Valon; and his siblings, Norman Burnett (Sheila), Darwin Burnett (Susan) and Gloria Nelson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
