He was predeceased by: his father Gordon Chase. He is survived by: his mother RaNaun Chase; and his siblings, Brian Chase (Robin), Wayne Findlay (Stephanie), Sholly Jorgensen (Steve), Tracina Penrose (Adam), Clarissa Trexler (John) and Marquesas Hoyt (Ansen).
His contributions to the stake were innumerable, including his earlier roles as Assistant Stake Clerk, where he showcased his expertise in technology, and as the Stake Sunday School President.
