He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Nicholas Arbon and Elizabeth Davis Arbon. He is survived by: his wife Lael Nelson Arbon; and his children, Harold Jr., Brent Michael, Diane Carlile and Denise Arbon. He is also survived by five grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
