He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clair Bowen and Elsie Hunter; and his brothers, Robert and Fred. He is survived by: his wife Roberta; his children, Wm Conrad (Paula), Teresa Earley (Steven), Janene Eliason and Wendy Ann Eliason (Jeff); and his siblings, Clare (Pat), Michael (Lorraine), Susan Howard (Ed) and Keith Painter. He is also survived by five brothers and one sister.
