He is survived by: his children, Kellen Alvey (Adrienne) of Preston, Idaho, Tony Alvey (Shannon) of Richmond, Utah, Trudy Mullins (Brad) of Vernal, Utah and Galen Alvey (Heather) of Richmond, Utah; and his grandchildren, Brady, Devin, Derek, Bracken, Dylon, Whitney, Alec and Kelli Ann. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
