He is survived by: his children, Heidi of Logan, Alyce of Logan, Tyler (Jessica) of Providence and Skyler (Amber) of Smithfield; his wife Wendy Nielsen of Logan; his brother Howard Nielsen (Annette) of Pleasant View; his grandchildren, Malachi, Destiny, Ezra, Wyatt and Henley; and his siblings-in-law, Shawna Johnson (Doug) of Nibley and Kurt Hammond (Alice) of Evanston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
