He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Elisha and Georgia Iola Manwill Colby; his spouse Jeannice Chavez; his son-in-law Russell K Crane; his grandsons, William Brandon Allen and James Don Crane; and his siblings, Marciel Snedeger, Larry Colby, LaRae Anderson and Steven Colby.
He is survived by: his daughters, JoDawn Allen, Dalores Jean Kurdupski (Justin) and Jeannine Heaps (Tony); and his brother Douglas Ray Colby. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
