He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Clinton and Coral Blackburn Sterling; his son David Tim Sterling; and his sister Delma Tucker. He is survived by: his former wife Aileen Roberts; his children, Jesse F. Sterling (Allison) of Monroe, Utah, Amy Sterling (Blake) of Aurora, Utah, Corey Robert Sterling, Delmar Joseph Sterling (D. J.), Travis Dean Sterling, Timothy Michael Sterling of Murray and D. J. Sterling; and his siblings, Coralynn Green (Don) of Riverton, Utah, Wayne Sterling (Joann) of Hurricane, Utah and Ted Sterling (Sandy) of Millcreek, Utah. He is also survived by 16 grandkids, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
