She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan Samuel Thomas and Erma Fern Sylvester; her brother Richard H. Thomas; and her husband Dale Stephens. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Stephens, Julie Fuller (Travis), Thomas Stephens (Cindy), Jenny Renfrow (Gary), Daniel Stephens and Amy Byers; her stepchildren, Roger Stephens (Giuliana) and Connie Hood; her grandchildren, Todd, Troy, Kevin, Christopher, Sarah, Kimberly, Scott, Eric, Craig and Avery; and her great grandchildren, Nadine, Teagan, Skyler and Killian. She is also survived by step grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
