He is survived by: his wife Sonia Rae Hall; his children, Ronnie Kim Winegar (Rebecca) of Nashville, TN, Tamie Gail Nice (Michael) of Sunburst, MT, Gary Lew Dale Winegar (Kellie), Ryan Brandon Winegar (Kami), Bradley Mark Winegar (Vickie) and Monroe; and his sisters, Joyce Watson of Bountiful and Darlene Niebuhr of Bountiful. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.
