He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Ryan Ellison, Jeremy Ellison (Heather) and Kimber Ellison; his stepdaughters, Stacy Ann McAlister (Jim) and Tracy Bullard; and his siblings, Donna Welty, David Ellison (Wendy), Terry Hazelton and Barbara Moxley (Ken). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, 5 step-great-grandchildren.
