It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Jean Adams (Richfield, Utah), who passed away on October 12, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patsy Jean Adams to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd E. Jensen and Grace D. McGuire Jensen; her husband Alvin Loy Adams; and her siblings, Lloyd "Mac" Jensen, Gary Jensen, Roland Jensen, Lola Jorgensen and Jeanine Lund.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Adams (Cathy) and Terri Wick (Patrick) of Lancaster, CA; and her sister Joan Warenski of Worthington, KY.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the Alzheimer Foundation in her name.
