He is survived by: his wife Susan Vay Carsey of Richfield; his parents, Kenneth Craythorn and Renon Craythorn of Heyburn, Idaho; his daughters, Michelle Craythorn of Vernal and Sonya (Scott Fitzpatrick); and his siblings, Gail (Sherie Craythorn), Lynn (Shereen Craythorn), Karma Bishop of Heyburn, Idaho and Letitia (Aaron Neito). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
