He was predeceased by: his parents, Hearold Erickson and Marjorie Brown Erickson Mott; and his stepfather Vern Mott. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Connie Morrell (Gordon) of Axtel, Wesley Erickson (Pam) of Loa, Sharon Torgerson (Kim) of Bicknell, Susan Christensen (Jason) of Washington and David Erickson (Kallie) of Salina; his brother Shirl Erickson; his caregiver Homecare; and his daughter-in-law Kallie. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and many beloved cousins and friends.
