She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Madsen and Wilva Wrigley Madsen (Dean Wheadon); her husband Robert Karst; her sisters, Vera Covington (Derrel) and Lynn Rassmussen (Errol); her son-in-law Gerry Mickelsen; her stepson Rick Wheadon; and her sister-in-law Louise Thalman (Harold).
She is survived by: her daughter Glenna Vee Mickelsen; her stepchildren, Keri, Mark, Kristy, Kate, Kimberly and Joe; her grandchildren, Christian Mickelsen, Heather Granet (Dion), Joe Mickelsen and Holly Mickelsen; and her brothers, Ray Madsen, David Madsen and Larry Madsen. She is also survived by great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
