She was predeceased by: her parents, Danton Henrie and Berneice Mathews Henrie; her spouse Kim Blackett; her son Larry Lee; and her grandson Rayan Larry.
She is survived by: her sons, Kim M. Blackett (Carol) and Paul K Blackett; her grandchildren, Dixie Atkinson, Krista Burr (Wesley), Cody Blackett (Laura), Caden Blackett, Jeromie Blackett (Amber), Kirk Blackett (Delaney) and Jett Wall; and her siblings, Donna, Melvin, John, Jenine and Sherri. She is also survived by wife and mother to her three sons.
