He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Hart and Jane Louise Thomson Gardner; his daughter Keri Anne Gardner; and his sisters, Suzanne Peterson (Dallis), Julianne Gardner and Melanie Gardner.
He is survived by: his former spouse Micki Dee Jones; his children, Pollyanna Jensen (Dirk), Staci Morrison (Corey), Dion Gardner (Ariane) and Summer Shaw (Brad); and his sister Margaret Kyhl (Gary). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
