She is survived by: her husband Clark Kay Chappell; her children, Karalee Chappell, Kyle Chappell (Ally), Connor Chappell and Kristopher Chappell; her grandchildren, Hadley Chappell, Talon Chappell and Olivia Chappell; and her siblings, Connie Wescoatt (Thaynne), Gary Turner, Diane Borzea (John) and Brad Turner (Carolyn).
