Garman of Richfield, Utah, born in East Los Angeles, California, who passed away on June 21, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rolland Edward and Fontella West Clift; and her brother James Clift. She is survived by: her husband Jim Garman of Richfield; her children, Nicole Mitchell (Darren) of Sagamore Beach, Massachusetts, James Garman Jr. of Richfield and Amanda Garman of Grantsville; and her siblings, Rod Clift of Woods Cross, Russell Clift (Barbara) of St. George, Susan Dalton (Robert) of Spanish Fork and Sally Conder of Richfield. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
