He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhea Evelyn Jensen Gentry and Mack Gentry; his daughter Katrina Gentry; his brother Michael "Mickey" Gentry; his brother-in-law Tom Sturgis; and his nephew Ricky Gentry.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Louise Rasmussen of Richfield; his children, Alyssa Gentry (Allen) of Sandy, Sabrina Ellis (Raymond) of St. George, Tyler Gentry (Robin) of Salina and Ryan Gentry (Shayleena) of Provo; his grandchildren, Johanna, Karren, Aksel, Alistar, Magnus, Forrest, IvyJune and Zariah; and his siblings, Sandi Sturgis of Snohomish, Susan Gentry of Kaysville, Maxine Long (Bob) of Morgan, Richard Gentry (Leanne) of Richfield, Mary Adams of Monroe, Margaret Hawks (Dal) of Saratoga Springs and Jimmy Gentry of Richfield.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Springer Turner Funeral Home Chapel (260 N 400 W, Richfield, UT 84701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at the Calendar Richfield City Cemetery (800 N Main St, Richfield, UT 84701).
