It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Chappell of Richfield, Utah, born in Salina, Utah, who passed away on May 8, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jean Rees Chappell and Don Chappell; his stepfather Alfonzo Turner; his brother Leon Chappell; and his brothers-in-law, Glen Dee Taft and Elvin Taft.
He is survived by: his wife Dortha Chappell of Lyman; his sons, Kaycee Chappell (Melisa) of St. George and Austin Chappell (Pamela) of St. George; his grandchildren, Brody, Pressley, Brantley, Jovi and Jaxsey; his sister Marsha Jenson (Randy) of Bicknell; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Chappell of St. George and Becky Taft of Bicknell. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins.
