He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Roy Smith and Ellen Jarvis Scott; his wife Leslie Smith; his siblings, Mike Gerrard and Denise Smith; his sister-in-law Ginger Smith; and his uncle Don Harrison.
He is survived by: his children, Harmony Smith of Desert Hot Springs, CA, Nicole Smith of Reno, NV and Tyler Torgenson of Richfield; and his siblings, Kim Smith of Richfield, Brad Smith of Las Vegas, NV and Sue Kenny of OR. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Magleby Mortuary (50 S 100 W, Richfield, UT 84701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
