He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Hale and Erma Fore Hubbard; his son Brian Hubbard; and his brother Brent Hubbard. He is survived by: his wife Rose; his sons, David Hubbard and Steven Hubbard (Diane) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Katherine and Brian; and his half-sisters, Patti Thompson and Melissa Batters.
