She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Carter and LaVona Carter; and her son Chris James "Moge" Peterson. She is survived by: her brother John Carter; her former spouse Chris A. Peterson; her family, Chris James, Cynthia Ruth, Corrie Ann and Cheryl Dawn Peterson; her son Blaine Bredsguard; her husband Brent Nielson; her siblings, Wyonna Balch (Doug), James Carter (Nanette) and LaDell Carter (Kelli); her children, Cindy Garcia (Rob), Corrie Curtis (D'Mont Palmer), Cheryl Jones (Cory) and Rachel Rasmussen; her stepchildren, Kimberly Nielson, Gina Alvey (Casey), Amy Nielson and Cody Nielsen (Heather); and also, Johnny Carter, Barbara Balch, LaVona, Blane Parker, Brandon Curtis, Chris Peterson, Shawn Peterson, Wade-Steven, Shelly Carter and Blaine Bredsguard. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchild; nieces and nephews.
