As Colleen Mae departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Colleen Mae may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Colleen Mae leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Cook and Lenna Jacobson Cook; her husband William'Bill'Clyde Toomer; her daughter Merri Jacobs; her sister Marilyn'Mickey' Bailey (David); and her brother-in-law Brent Morgan.
She is survived by: her children, Marc Toomer (Tammy) and Melanie Hales of Martinez, CA; and her sister Sondra'Sunny'Morgan of Idaho Falls, ID.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
