He was predeceased by: his parents, John Donald and Marvel Utley Hunt; his siblings, Gerald Hunt (Jean), Vonda Julander (Gene), Betty Christensen (Quinn), Ila Dean Huntsman (Dale) and Nedra Nielson (Thad); his sons-in-law, Rick Nielson and Tim Heins; and his great grandchildren, Sparks, Freckles and Daisy.
He is survived by: his significant other Annette Hatch; his children, Emily Heins of Monroe, John Hunt (Shelly) of Vernal, Kelly Hunt (Tami) of Glenwood and Angie Blomquist (Todd) of Monroe; and his sisters, Patricia Simonsen (David) of Richfield and MaryAnn Parker (Kirby) of Joseph.
Viewing will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Calendar Springer Turner Funeral Home - Richfield (260 N 400 W, Richfield, UT 84701). A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Richfield City Cemetery (800 N Main St, Richfield, UT 84701).
