She was predeceased by: her parents, Hallie M Cox and Lucille Lamph Cox; and her siblings, Loriel Allred, Arlene Lemon, Marilyn Fugate, Hallie L. Cox and William Cox.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne; her children, Carrine Judy (Ryan), David (Autumn), Evan (Mollie) and Craig; and her brother Ted Cox (Geri). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Six County Aging and Volunteer Services, 250 North Main, Richfield, Utah 84701, in Carren's name.
