He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Levi and Letha F Tubbs Neal; his children, Michael Neal, Melissa Neal and Melinda Neal; his siblings, Lamont, Laronna, Eileen, John and Lowell; and his in-laws, Frank and Sophie Rao.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Rao; his children, Lesa Besendorder (Larry) and Justin Neal (Amanda); his daughter-in-law Sally Neal; and his siblings, Bardonna (Zollinger), Dian and Tim. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Malad Idaho Cemetery.
