He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernal Bastian and Sadie Bastian of Vermillion; his close friend Darlene; and his siblings, Rae Kreutzer (Conrad), Ruth Bastian, Burke Bastian (Irelta) and LaRee Balle (Dan).
He is survived by: his children, Henry V Bastian (Chalane), Clinton D Bastian (Heidi), Corey A Bastian (Shanna), Mark Al Bastian (Laura), Grant Judd Bastian (Jennifer), Sally Nowers (Brandon) and Kent W Bastian (Marlesa); and his sister Sharon Hone (Alton). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren.
