He is survived by : his daughter Conne Forrest; his grandson Andrew Simmons; his children, Jennifer Jensen and Bruce "Sandy" Jensen (Tracy); and his grandchildren, Shalese, Nicholas, Kelsey, Vietnamese, Long Tang, Doan and Hang Doan.
